Totatus Identity — Terms of use

1. Service

Totatus Identity provides identity verification, document capture, liveness checks and AML screening for business customers integrating via API or hosted portal.

2. Customer obligations

You must have a lawful basis to verify individuals, inform data subjects as required, and use the service in compliance with eIDAS, AML and GDPR obligations in your jurisdiction.

3. Availability

We target high availability for the verification API and portal. Maintenance windows are announced when possible.
